Neo4j Bloom : Incorrect username and/or password. (V 1.4.5) #109

Which versions of our products are you using? Neo4j Desktop V. 1.4.5

What operating system are you on? Windows 10 Professional- all updates installed

Are you working with a cluster or on a single machine? Single Machine

What errors are you seeing and what solutions have you tried already? When trying to "open" a remote Neo4j Database with Neo4j Bloom, I ge tthe following error message : Incorrect username and/or password. Please check your database credentials in Neo4j Desktop.

The Neo4J Desktop is connected successfully to my database. When opening with Neo4J Browser, everything is working as expected. Connecting to bolt://192.168...:7687 with user neo4j and a non default password. I am running Neo4j (the database) in a docker container on a Linux machine in the local network.

Okay, according to the documentation, the Bloom that comes with Neo4j Desktop can only connect to local databases. https://neo4j.com/docs/bloom-user-guide/current/bloom-installation/
