Feature request: API to add database from Graph App #98

It would be nice to be able to create a Neo4j Desktop project as well as a remote database connection from a Graph App. This could be interesting to groups to expose their remote data to Desktop users by means of a dedicated Graph App (such as ICIJ with panama papers or CovidGraph).
