Standalone mode does not allow for entry of user and password - v2.3.x

• NeoDash version: 2.3.x

• Neo4j Database version: 5.9.0 (Enterprise)

• Steps to reproduce Run in standalone mode SSO not enabled

• Expected behavior User can enter username and password

• Actual behavior Username defaults to neo4j and cannot be changed

This works in 2.2.5. User is able to enter username and password.
