Testing merge before introducing new changes

New features include:

• Logging
• Ability to add dashboards in standalone
• Add option to add custom logo in Docker
• Added a parameter to configure header string
• Persist labels on dashboard overwrite (instead of doing a delete & recreate) to allow for RBAC

Other features not yet there (nice to haves):

• Enable sharing for standalone.
• Extension UI for handling tagging dashboards with users
  • list out user groups from dbms (and user can select 1..n for dashboards)
• Tackle / refactor standalone mode in a more structured way.

TODO:

• ensure the ALPINE image is updated in the docker file, to address the vulnerabilities recently discovered (CVE - CVE-2023-38039 (mitre.org) and CVE - CVE-2023-4863 (mitre.org)
