There is currently no way to easily see/edit the list of active dashboard parameters.
Parameters can only be set through parameter selectors and report actions, but are "hidden" from the user's view.
We should create a button in the dashboard settings that opens up a 'parameter editing' interface, where dashboard builders can view, add, edit and delete global parameters currently present in their dashboard.
