Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I find it annoying to have to select the "enable csv download" button on all dashboard panels as I end up enabling this on all dashboard panels.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like you to add "enable csv download" to the global settings for the dashboard.

Describe alternatives you've considered A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Additional context Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.

I second that. Would also be handy for image download and full screen: include in global settings and possibility to override in individual reports.

I wouldn't recommend that it overrides what a user has selected in the individual reports as you might want to allow download of all but 1, for instance

and vice versa, you might want to only allow the download of 1 and not the rest
