Look at using graphsage instead of fastrp #12

Still need to look into this.

The mathy word is that we want a inductive embedding. Otherwise we're doing some things with leakage between train/test that we shouldn't. Need to change from Fast RP. We'd orginially used it because other embeddings weren't available.
