Changing URL from graphql-manual to graphql only #4

Thanks for the documentation updates.

The preview documentation has now been torn down - reopening this PR will republish it.

I am ok with this change, as long as redirects are also put in place. Anyway, this should not be a one-off since we follow the same URI structure in other repos too.

@davidoliverSP2 @recrwplay What do you think?

There are a few repos that are still using manual in the URL like cypher and drivers
