What to do when the Trello API is unavailable. #33

On Nov 30th the trello application and api had issues

I'd like to be able to configure how the action will react if the API is unavailable?

Thank you for reporting this request. I am so sorry that it took me this long to reply, I have only just now noticed it by accident. The notification must have gotten lost.

I am currently in the process of transferring this project to a new owner in Neo4j, and will soon no longer be the maintainer.

I will reply to you now, in case you or anyone else finds this useful in the future. It is not documented, but you can label your GitHub PullRequests with "No Trello" and the job will be pass automatically. This is useful if anyone on your projects needs to skip this CI check, such as when the Trello API is down.

I will update the docs to reflect that this can be done.
