Unable to download desktop #13248

I am unable to download Neo4j Desktop. After the form querying for my personal information, I get directed to a download link. Clicking that, I get redirected back to the form querying for information.

Operating system: Fedora 38
Expected behavior: download app image file
Actual behavior: redirects back to information form
