Added aliases to Relationship #298

Fixes # Harmonizing Relationship with ActiveRel to both respond to start_node_neo_id and end_node_neo_id This pull introduces/changes:

This PR includes https://github.com/neo4jrb/neo4j-core/pull/297 to be able to build and test. Please review the other PR first.
