Travis isn't well configured #11

It has a few problems:

Not failing when rake spec is failing
Only tests on ruby 2.2.2 (that is obsolete)
Neo4j and Neo4j_spatial versions are hardcoded
No badge in the README

I'm taking a look to it ;)
