wrong argument exception in repobrowser

When moving files in the repository browser by drag’n’drop a dialog pops up 
with as follows:

error title: TortoiseProc
error message: Es wurde ein falsches Argument festgestellt.
(I’m using TortoiseSVN in English, so I don’t know why the error message is 
in German.)

Steps to reproduce:
1.       Open the repository browser.
2.       Drag’n’drop a single file into a directory
