renamed diff scripts #102

Since in TSVN 1.7 we've renamed some diff scripts, added new ones and removed 
ones that are handled in modified ones instead, users now find themselves with 
diff/merge tools set up to wrong or non-existing scripts.

TortoiseProc should check whether the scripts configured in the registry still 
exist and 'fix' them if necessary.

Or just recreate them on upgrade?

Best way to deal with this: recreate all script settings when upgrading to 
1.7.1 - can't do it for 1.7.0 anymore apparently...
