Bogus entries in Language Combo on x64 #110

When a language pack is installed on Win x64, the settings dialog shows bogus 
entries in the language selection combobox.
The reason is that the TortoiseProc32XXXX.dll is found there as well, and 
'32XXXX' is also used as an LCID instead of only 'XXXX'.
