TortoiseProc /command:merge parameter to skip first input view #55

It's possible to fill all values in the first input view on merge through 
commandline with TortoiseProc /command:merge /fromurl: etc.

But the input view always shows, and you have to press "next" even if the 
values are set.

We need a command do skip this step. 

Could be something like /skipinputview
