Don't add entries to context menu for unversion folders (new option) #60

To avoid cluttering the explorer context menu, add a new option that when 
active forces TSVN to not add any entry to the context menu at all for 
unversioned items. To get the entries added, a shift-right-click would then be 
necessary.
