Filter out merged revisions in the log dialog #71

From the mailing list:

I have 3 main branches (Dev, PreProd and Prod) and do a lot of merges from Dev 
to PreProd and from PreProd to Prod (i'm on revision 2852).

When merging the revisions, we can distinguish the revisions to be merged 
because they are not greyed out. But because we have so many revisions it would 
be great if there would be a check box so we would only see the revisions that 
aren't merged.

This issue was updated by revision r21019.

Currently only the already merged revisions are grayed out/filtered out.
If possible without a severe performance problem we should also filter out all 
revisions before the copyfrom revision since those are already "merged" too.
