I need a function like "reopen commit dialog", to re-update while current 
updating failed.

The front page of this issue tracker clearly states that you must not open new 
issues without asking first on the mailing list.

And this feature is already done for a long, long time. I won't tell you 
anything more about this feature since you apparently need the reading 
practice. So go ahead and read the docs.

So sorry that I haven't found the feature yet. Don't you tell me detail?
I want to re-open UPDATE dialog, not COMMIT dialog.

We tell you detail:

You are not allowed to open issues without first asking on the mailing list.
As mentioned in the comment when we closed this issue.

We don't discuss on the issue tracker, we discuss on the mailing list.
