svn upgrade failed on locked folder #79

It requires to update existing WC.
Upgrade failed on the folder with locked (lock in the meaning of SVN) files.
Error message:
svn: E200030: database table is locked
svn: E200030: database table is locked: NODES

Removing folder with locks let upgrade succeeded.

OS: Win7 x64.

We don't use the issue tracker to provide user support.
As stated very clearly on the front page of this issue tracker, you first have 
to report your problems on the mailing lists and only file an issue if you're 
told to.
