Unable to close repo browser to repository with username/password required #96

When popup dialog for username/password is closed by Cancel button, it 
just keep popup again and again.
Only killing tortoise process can stop this.

The problem is that the cancel flag is not set when the user cancels the 
authentication, so the repo browser just goes on with the initialization and 
then even with the pre-fetching.

We have to find a way to set the cancel flag when the user cancels the 
authentication and treat this as if the user cancelled the operation, not just 
the authentication.
