chore(Packit): Add missing ci.fmf to synced files #228

Missing ci.fmf sync causes fedora message being not recognized in dowsntream and thus expected tests to be marked as failed even when tests might be run and passing.

I'm not very familiar with this packit/tmt/tf settings yet. What is the impact of this file not being synced? Aka what issue it is fixing?
