SocketCAN node needs to be forked out #23

With the ROX generation, it does not make sense to maintain 2 separate repositories holding the same kinematics calculation.

My proposal would be to:

[ ] fork out the SocketCAN node into a separate repo, probably with the support for ROS 2 control.
[ ] use this package for both the ODM's and the ArgoDrives. By that way, we can delete the rox_argo_kinematics.
