exefs couldn't be extracted, I tested with a few CXI.

btw, I just don't know how people get your exefs command working since you are trying to extract exefs sections from cxi

Please merge.

I can confirm that the command listed in the README doesn't seem to work due to ctrtool quitting when the exheader hash check fails. However, extracting the plain ExeFS binary, followed by extracting that into its parts, does seem to work just fine.

Oh uhm.. yeah, I'm using a custom ctrtool build which omits signature checks. woops ;)
