GBA Ambassador Games Fail to Dump

O3DS 9.9.0.26U *hax 2.5 Attempting to dump any of the GBA Ambassador games causes a crash to red screen.

Behavior observed on each game:

Minish Cap: Touch Screen Solid Red, Top screen Solid Black. Soft Reset shortcut does not work. Power button must be held for approximately ten seconds until 3DS powers off. Fire Emblem: Touch Screen Solid Red, Top screen Solid Black. Soft Reset shortcut does not work. Power button must be held for approximately ten seconds until 3DS powers off. Mario VS Donkey Kong: Touch Screen Solid Red, Top screen Solid Black. Soft Reset shortcut does not work. Power button must be held for approximately ten seconds until 3DS powers off. Kirby: Touch Screen Solid Red, Top screen Solid Black. Soft Reset shortcut does not work. Power button must be held for approximately ten seconds until 3DS powers off. WarioWare: Touch Screen Solid Red. Top screen static. Soft Reset shortcut works. Metroid Fusion: Touch Screen Solid Red. Top screen static. Soft Reset shortcut works. Yoshi's Island: Touch Screen Solid Red, Top screen Solid Black. Soft Reset shortcut does not work. Power button immediately powers off 3DS. Warioland 4: Touch Screen Solid Red. Top screen static. Soft Reset shortcut works. Mario Kart: Touch Screen Solid Red, Top screen Solid Black. Soft Reset shortcut works. F-Zero: Touch Screen Solid Red, Top screen Solid Black. Soft Reset shortcut works.

The same behavior happens when attempting to launch these games with HANS.

This rather seems like an issue with Ninjhax2.x, more specifically a failure related to gspGpuInit() in some degree.

Core issue for this, according to @yellows8, is the fact the GBA Ambassador titles run under AGB_FIRM, and is not possible to fix.
