"push -e" still doesn't seem to support directories on Windows #41

Right now I'm using .gitignore to stop some directories from being pushed to my website because -e doesn't work properly. I noticed that a pull request supposedly fixed this in the past, but that doesn't seem to be the case, at least on Windows.
