Formatting does not work with ERB files #58

Hello,

I cannot get formatting to work with Rails template files. These files have the extension .html.erb

I have enabled "html.format.templating": true. I also updated "html.filetypes" with different values,erb,html.erb,ruby` and I still cannot get this to work.

Any suggestions?

I have the same issue, did you eventual get it working?
