Jump to definition and Jump to references stopped working for JavaScript #150

It seems that all of a sudden I am no longer able to jump to definitions or references. To my knowledge I have not changed anything and this has been working for several months. I can run tsserver manually, but that does not seem to help. How do I troubleshoot what may have gone wrong?
