Any plans to create it?

Sorry for the super late response but, as you can probably tell, I don't get nearly enough time to work on all of my OSS projects as I would like these days. Unfortunately, this means that, despite wanting to, I don't have time to create a build plugin ecosystem for this library right now.

This does appeal to me though so I won't close this just yet and I'm obviously open to pull requests as this would fit well with the monorepo, ensuring that all plugins use the latest versions.
