Add linter #55

Just what it says on the tin... I love ESLint so I'm 99% sure that's what we'll be using.

Since we're rewriting the source code in ES6/2015 in #54, it'll make sense to wait until that's done first.

Marking this as invalid as ESLint will be used from the start for the Europa :new_moon: rewrite.
