Describe the bug After adding tags on a media I can't get the media when searching the tag, only when accessing the tag inside the user profile, Example: https://eggplant.place/search?tag=HQ https://eggplant.place/users/Cochise/tags/HQ/

Expected behavior As tags are globally visible in the home page, in the "Popular Tags" widget I think they should be globally searchable.
