Support creation of other wallet types #13

Wallet version can be specified at Settings->Accounts. This version will be taken into account when user clicks Create Wallet button at Accounts screen or on start. There are other wallet types, like Restricted, Highload, Version 4 and so on. Would be nice to support other wallets types out of box.

Wallet types V2 V3 and V3 have been added. It's planned to add Highload, Multisig, NFT, and Payments contracts support
