Rewrites everything block-entity related to cover the following topics in more detail and with up-to-date info. Specifically, it:

Rewrites the Block Entity article to be more beginner-friendly and use more examples
Mentions that data attachments are available on block entities
Adds an article about containers
Rewords the BER article
Merges the BEWLR article into the BER article, and rewords it
