1.19 version of docs are almost empty, yet still exist #33

The 1.19 versions of the docs were removed in the move to Docasaurus [8dbb7fe92e5eb81ee49355e09ededd8c4ade6f8f], but the versions dropdown menu still contains the 1.19 link and it now leads to a Docasaurus quick-start tutorial.
