Added 20.2 updates to Access Transformer sections #38

This PR updates the docs for Access Transformers to reflect the changes in NeoGradle 7.0.41 (link to PR) and FancyModLoader 2.0 (link to PR). All mentions to Access Transformers show the new format for specifying multiple AT files, as well as the requirement to specify non-default AT file locations in mods.toml.

Closes #36.
