Added level access to server menu constructor documentation example code.

There already exists a section in the documentation that provides a detailed account on how to use ContainerLevelAccesses: https://docs.neoforged.net/docs/gui/menus#stillvalid-and-containerlevelaccess

I will be closing the PR for this reason.
