Correct MCP's name #1092

In game, MCP is Mod Coder Pack. In License (on github) of NeoForge, MCP is Minecraft Coder Pack. Please correct one.

I'm not sure if this is a "Feature request", but this is certainly not a game crash.

The text in the LICENSE file is very old, and a lot of itdates back to years or even a decade ago. The specific line you mention from the license, https://github.com/neoforged/NeoForge/blame/a8d9b4775ef5a452b5ed0a27622a2fe7f59f3b57/LICENSE.txt#L32, dates back to 2013 -- 12 years old (as of writing).

In any case, the correct name is Mod Coder Pack. (See https://github.com/ModCoderPack.)

The LICENSE file does need cleaning up to account for our project.
