Some errors in weewx.log #84

I have really much errors concerning this skin: _etc_weewx_skins_neowx_material_monthYm_html_tmpl.py:406: SyntaxWarning: "is not" with a literal. Did you mean "!="?

what should i do?

seems to be a long known issue, which is fixed in another branch #44 but its not changed in master?
