JSON Export Import

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I wish to export the structure as JSON not XML

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect JSON and I got XML :P

What browser are you using?

I wrote this patch and put it in the google groups but realised I hadn't put 
this into issue list :)

I'm very interested in this, but don't know how to use diff files. (I'm on a 
windows box too)

JSON is king, XML is yesteryear.
