Allow Dash Clock to function as a 4x1 widget on Home screen #368

If Dash Clock is currently added to a Home screen and resized to be 4x1, the 
date gets cut off.  There is plenty of room to move the clock up slightly so 
the date can be moved up as well and therefore not get cut off.  See attached 
screenshot.

It gets cut off even worse in landscape mode.  See attached screenshot.
