Data is not encrypted #18

One NFR states: The data stored within the app should be encrypted for security purposes (to prevent the raw data being read by external parties).

However, I seem to be able to read the patients' details (such as medical conditions, blood type etc.) directly from the addressbook JSON file. This could be confusing to new developers.
