Add emoji? #14

@jenbanim There is a comment on line 7 of pinglib.py about adding an emoji. Could you describe your thoughts on that more specifically?

We had ping groups with emoji names before. It might be possible to do that again, but I'm not sure it's worthwhile or even possible given the current code
