Missing css file #25

In index.html, there is a reference to a CSS file called common.css. I don't see that file in the www directory. Where is this file?

It's located at the website root, https://neoliber.al/common.css

Having an external dependency like this isn't good, and eventually I'd like to put the whole website on git, but this works for now
