Using tmux on Cygwin/Mintty is quite slow. It would be very interesting to have 
a light tmux emulation on mintty:

- Split window horizontally
- Split window vertically
- Resize the splits with the mouse or with a keyboard mapping
- Switch from one window to another with mouse focus or a keyboard mapping
- Send a command from a window to another
