Add Testing to applications

Set up a testing and monitoring pipeline for the different project applications:

• Unit tests: Tests on utilities and functions.
• Integration tests: Tests on user flows and interactions.
• System tests: Tests on the system pipelines, including ingestion and deployment.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and benchmarks.
