Goal

Consolidate admin menus.

Implemented the following:

[x] Create Birdsong's own menu_icon
[x] Start using Birdsong's core app wagtail_hooks.py so that it has wagtail admin support right from the get-go
[x] Introduce BIRDSONG_ADMIN_GROUP to turn admin menu consolidation on/off
- [x] Enable BIRDSONG_ADMIN_GROUP by default (it'll give better out-of-the box experience)
- [x] But don't break old wagtail_hooks.py ways of building admin menus
[x] Update README

NOTE:

Removed dead tutorial link from README

Tried to avoid merge conflits with subscribe-form branch
- unavoidable merge conflict still present in birdsong/conf.py (easy resolution, self-explanatory)
