British voices #721

An issue I encountered was that voices I added with a distinct British accent were systematically Americanized. There are some trained British voices in the lot, train_atkins is one, but I think that these voices are more mature in average and so any young British voices (especially women) lose their accent in process. I did manage to have one perfectly rendered case, whilst others lost all British flavor, but it's a hit and miss.

I want to generate british accent voice too. I dont wanna pay Elevenlabs. have you figured a way out?
