Consider proxy monitoring on status page #47

The http proxy is having issues today. At first the connection would timeout, now it returns "NeonDbError: connection closed".

The status page (https://neonstatus.com) does not mention any issues. Can you add some monitoring for the proxy?

Any updates? There were problems again yesterday and the status page is still green. JDBC connection was working all the time.

Sorry for the slow reply. I know we're deploying some proxy updates shortly, which we expect to fix some networking issues, and I'll discuss adding monitoring with the team.
