Change/add a parameter saying how many tokens to request from the faucet #228

  1. Now we have the FAUCET_QUOTIENT parameter used in neon-e2e for adapting the amount of tokens supplied to BDD data. As we can now request any number of tokens lesser than the limit, we don't need this parameter anymore
  2. It's worth adding the number of tokens we request for each test account in neon-compatibility as 10 token can be excess
