fix broken links #140

Some of the links in doc are broken due to the change of base url.

Now they are all changed into the working neon-labs.org links.

A better approach to solve this will be replace all links with relative paths.

Dear @fewwwww we know about the problem. For now we are focused on the overworking the whole documentation. There is no sense just to reassign the host in all the URIs - that's why I created the related issue #146 .
